Return & Refund Policy

At Emily’s Playland, every product is selected with care — but due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we maintain a strict and limited return policy. Please read the following before placing your order.
🔁 General Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where the item received is:
• Damaged upon arrival
• Incorrect (not what you ordered)
All other reasons — including change of mind, delay in shipping, or minor variations in product appearance — are not eligible for return or refund.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing emilysplayland@outlook.com with the following:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item and the packaging
• A short description of the issue
We will evaluate your request and either issue a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
📚 Book Orders
Returns or issues with books are subject to Amazon’s return policy. If you experience a problem with a book order, please follow the return instructions on your Amazon account.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
• Items delayed in transit
• Items returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Items refused at delivery or unclaimed
• Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery
• Orders placed in error by the customer
• Requests submitted after 5 days from delivery
⏳ Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method. Refunds will not be issued to alternative payment accounts.
❗ Important Notes
• All returns must be pre-approved. Do not send items back to the sender address.
• We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the terms of this policy.
